Sam has worked extensively as a counsellor for a number of years with the primary focus being to strengthen the well-being of the individual, couples and families. Sam is passionate about helping others gain freedom within their lives. Along with this, Sam is the author and producer of the Freedom Manuals, a course designed for all people wanting to equip themselves and gain more freedom in areas of their lives.
Ian Anderson BApp (couns), MNZCCA

Coming from an extensive career in the corporate world, Ian is a skilled counsellor who brings a wealth of knowledge to the FCM team and works with adults of all ages. He is particularly passionate about helping and strengthening men in the area of mental and emotional health and in their relationships with others.
Sharon Fini BHSc (couns)
Counsellor
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Counselling from AUT. Offering an integrative and relational approach to clients, she works across the age span from 6 years to adult/couples. Our life journey requires active relationship building or whanaungatanga. Sharon looks forward to strengthening others to create positive change within these relationships. Sharon has experience working with children and adolescents in her previous career within health.
Estelle Arvidson BApp (couns), Prov. NZCCA
Counsellor
Estelle has a Bachelor of Counselling from Laidlaw College where she trained in person-centred counselling, narrative therapy and counselling theories, along with biblical, theological, philosophical, and cultural studies. She has experience in counselling with children from 8 to 18 years along with adults of all ages. Furthermore, coming from a farming background, she also has counselling experience in an Equine Farm setting. Estelle is a caring, compassionate and empathetic person with great life experience.
Ursula McRobbie BAppSocSci (couns), Prov. NZCCA
Counsellor
Ursula has many years of experience working with children, youth, adults, and families. She also holds experience in managing groups, couples, and mediation therapy. Coming from a small businesses background in New Zealand, Ursula has a deep understanding of relationship dynamics and boundaries within the work and family system. Ursula works creatively with a client centered approach, adapting multiple different approaches and techniques to suit the client’s needs.
Anne Taylor

Anne is in her third and final year of a Bachelor of Applied Counselling with Te Pukenga (MIT). She is passionate about people and is dedicated to helping others achieve success. Anne offers support and care with a strong foundation in person-centred therapy that creates a meaningful difference in people's lives. Her life experiences have allowed her to connect with all people, as well as having a good understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and cultural practices.
